MISO offers a comprehensive, competitive health and wellness benefits package to full-time employees. Eligibility begins on the first day of employment with no waiting period.

A retirement plan with a suite of investments helps employees build a secure financial future. Full-time employees are automatically enrolled in a 401k plan and immediately qualify for profit-sharing – contributions by MISO to employees’ retirement accounts.
